Chuck Le Fever and Sheri Schwartz are the general partners of The Protocol Group.

For over 12 years they have produced magic-themed programs for fundraisers, promotional events, education award and development recognition, safety education business meetings, conferences and exhibits and entertainment.

CHUCK LE FEVER  

It is said that a magician is an actor, acting like a magician.  Chuck is an accomplished professional actor, magician, stage hypnotist and motivational speaker.

ACTOR  Chuck is a Member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (AFTRA).  He has appeared in national commercials, in the television series "In Living Color" and "MARRIED with Children" and in the motion pictures "Naked Gun 2 1/2", "Low Down Dirty Shame" and "Payback". 

MAGICIAN Chuck performs CLOSE-UP, STROLLING, PARLOUR and STAGE MAGIC. Chuck is a Magician Member of The Academy of Magical Arts at The Magic Castle in Hollywood, The International Brotherhood of Magicians,  The Society of American Magicians and he is an Adult Leader of the Society of Young Magicians of Los Angeles California.   He has an agreement with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks to provide magic entertainment to recreational centers year round.  He also designs and produces magic effects including "Cutty Shark" and "The Ring Thing" and has lectured on magic for magicians in California, New York and Dublin, Ireland.

STAGE HYPNOTIST  "Magic of The Mind"  Chuck completed his training in hypnotic foundations at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California.  Hypnosis Motivation Institute is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET) and is endorsed by the American Hypnosis Association.  Chuck has developed his stage hypnotism show based on the principals of hypnotism espoused by the late Ormond McGill author of the Encyclopedia of Stage Hypnotism.  Chuck believes that "Hypnotism demonstrates the magic-of-the-mind."  and that "The hypnotist has a legal and moral obligation to approach the performance of hypnotism in a completely ethical manner, appreciating that the most important person in his presentation is the subject and not himself."   While operating well within these guidelines Chuck leads the audience and carefully selected subjects through a fun-filled demonstration of the power of suggestion.

MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER  His topics include "Winning The War Against Self Defeat",  "G.E.T.-I.T." (Getting Everyone Together-Individual Teamwork)  He is uniquely qualified to speak with authority on these subjects.  Chuck has an extensive executive and managerial background in sales, training, safety and administration for domestic and international based companies in the insurance, real estate,  securities, emergency preparedness, seismic mitigation and construction industries. He is a member and former Club President of Toastmasters International and has won several speaking awards.

SHERI SCHWARTZ

Sheri is an event planner and a producer of magic and educational programs.  She is a Resource Specialist and holds a degree in Special Education.  Her expertise assures our clientele that our magic shows, training and education programs are both effective and entertaining. 

Sheri managed the interface between the providers and administrators for the highly acclaimed magic entertainment program for Amtrak.   The Protocol Group was selected by Amtrak to develop and produce an "on board entertainer" program which provided magicians who performed daily on board the Coast Starlight long distance train route between Los Angeles and Seattle Washington. This highly acclaimed program had a four-year run, without ever missing a performance. Other Amtrak train routes served during holiday periods included The Southwest Chief from Los Angeles to El Paso, Texas and The Capital Limited from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Washington D.C..
